Right now, the search Lucy Stoner is going volcanic on Google Hot Trends.
Before looking into this myself, I had no idea why people would be searching for Lucy Stoner. First, let’s see exactly what this name means…

Yes, here at TrendHounds we can be a little saucy when we want to be, and an interestingly risque story is almost always going to peak our interest. Currently going ‘Spicy’ on Google Hot Trends is the search iGasm. Indeed, you might say that it’s…
iGasm time
Sounds great. But what exactly is an iGasm? According to Ann Summers, the manufacturer of this product…
This genius little device hooks up to your iPod, MP3 player, laptop or CD player and vibrates in sync with the beat. Go at it hard and fast with a pounding drum and bass track or chill with the ambient classic. Just turn up the volume to increase the strength of the vibrations and believe us when we say that full whack is PHENOMENAL.
I think that this quote, and the picture above, are enough to explain exactly what an iGasm can do for you. ‘Nuff said

Paula Abdul gets the wrong kind of nose job
Fluttering around the 20s and 30s of Google’s Hot Trends today, we find one search that really catches the eye - “Paula Abdul’s Broken Nose“.
Yes it’s true, the public just love to see a famous person get hurt (especially when it’s an annoying person from a reality TV show), and what’s more, they like it even more if they can search to find out all the gory details on the internet. That’s modern-day rubbernecking for you right there, folks.

Right now, midway through Tuesday May 22nd, Joseph Lau is going volcanic on Google Hot Trends.
Who is Joseph Lau?
Joseph Lau is among the richest business tycoons in Asia, personally boasting a staggering net worth of approximately $2.1 billion, which is no small change! His business interests are in the Hong Kong property developer Chinese Estates Holdings Ltd, and the department store owner Lifestyle International Holdings. Both of which seem to be pretty surefire moneymakers to us here at Trend Hounds.
Lau also happens to be one of the world’s leading buyers of expensive artwork, recently setting a record for Andy Warhol purchases, when he splashed out $17.4 million for Warhol’s portrait of Chinese leader Mao Zedong. Which sounds like a lot of money to me, for what is really just a picture on his wall.
But Joseph Lau does also appear to be a man after my own heart (i.e. he likes a drink!), as he is a red wine collector, supposedly owning over 10,000 bottles of the stuff. Must have a damn large cellar… now, if only he would invite me over for a drink, or ten.

Hello, this is the Chief Hound here.
I’m the leader of our pack of Trend Hounds, whose sole purpose is to track down and post up the latest internet trends on this here blog of ours.
If it’s all of a sudden being searched for on Google, or the talk of the blogosphere, then it should make an appearance on our blog, with a little of our expert hound commentary.
It looks like we have a lot of work ahead of us, which is why you will probably see a lot more of me looking like this over the coming months:
Ah, it is indeed a dog’s life. For us here at Trend Hounds, quite literally!
